SERVICES AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS ONLY 
TO QUALIFY FOR MEMBERSHIP:

-live in Cleveland or East Cleveland
-have total household income less than 150% of the federal poverty guidelines
IF YOU QUALIFY, STOP IN TO SIGN-UP. BRING PHOTO ID AND PROOF OF ADDRESS.

SERVICES FOR CATS AND DOGS INCLUDE: 

-Affordable pet supplies
-Pet Food Pantry
-Low cost flea prevention & dewormer
-Low cost vaccine clinics
-Free ID tags and gently used collars/leashes
-Free spay/neuter for dogs & cats living in qualifying zip codes (Subject to appointment availability and funding.)
-Medical assistance funding for emergency medical cases (Available on a limited basis determinate upon qualification. Restrictions apply).
-Euthanasia services for clients who are unable to afford the cost (Available on a limited basis determinate upon qualification. Restrictions apply).
-Counseling, information, and resource referrals

EVERYONE, regardless of residency or income, is welcome to shop for supplies. Dewormer and flea prevention are available to non-members at a slightly higher, but still affordable price. Purchasing your dewormer, flea prevention, and supplies from us helps to support our programming.
