Job description: The Client Care Specialist works collaboratively with other members of the client care team to provide direct service to pet owning clients. Services include pet wellness care, appointment scheduling, and referrals to other services as needed. The Client Care Specialist meets clients where they are, with an open mind to provide non-judgmental support. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, work well in a team, and function well in a fast paced ever-changing environment. This is a full time, salaried position offering a range of $36,000-$42,000 per year commensurate with experience. This position is 100% onsite from Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities include: data entry of all client records to Salesforce; data entry of donor records to Little Green Light; phone support; sorting in-kind donations; and other duties as assigned. Candidates must have strong customer service, data entry, and organizational skills, work well in a team, and function well in a fast paced ever-changing environment. This is a full time, salaried position offering a range of $34,000-$38,000 per year commensurate with experience. This is a hybrid position with 2 days per week in the office and three days offsite.
