Love pets and people?

Neighborhood Pets, a community-based nonprofit in Cleveland’s Slavic Village, is looking for a Client Care Specialist to help neighbors keep their pets happy and healthy.

In this role, you’ll:
✔️ Welcome and assist clients in our Pet Resource Center
✔️ Support services like food bank, vaccines, and flea prevention
✔️ Answer calls, schedule appointments, and keep records organized
✔️ Work with a fun, compassionate team that cares deeply about people and pets

Schedule: 25-30 hours per week Tuesday–Saturday, between the hours of 9am–5pm (some variations)

Location: Slavic Village, Cleveland
Pay: Biweekly + benefits eligibility
