Do I qualify for your services?
To become a member, you MUST: (1) Live in Cleveland or East Cleveland AND (2) Have total household income that is less than 150% of the federal poverty guidelines.

How do I sign up for membership?​​
If you qualify, please stop into our Resource Center during our open hours to sign up. Bring a photo ID and proof of your address. You will be required to show proof of income for certain programs. f you have questions about membership, give us a call: ​(216) 505-5853

Are you a vet?​​
We are not a vet clinic and do not have a veterinarian on staff. A few times a month, we host Wellness Clinics where a vet can examine our clients' pets. Appointments are required.

What are your hours?
Our Resource Center is open Tuesday 12-4pm, Thursday 12-4pm, and Saturday 10am-2pm.
Please arrive at least 1 hour before we close.  


​I have an appointment, but you're closed. What do I do?
Appointments are scheduled when our Resource Center is closed. If you have a scheduled vaccine/wellness appointment, please go to the Wellness Center door at the corner of E 65th & Sebert. If you are dropping off for a previously scheduled spay/neuter transport appointment please go to the door marked 3711 on your scheduled date; it will open at 7:30am.

Do you have vaccines?

We offer walk-in Distemper/Parvo (dogs) and FVRCP vaccines for puppies/kittens between 8 weeks and 6 months of age. Please note that if you are bringing in more than 2 puppies or kittens you will need an appointment. We offer rabies vaccines, for our members only, by appointment. We also offer the Leptospirosis and Bordetella vaccines by appointment.
