Pet Food Pantry - FREE
- The pet food provides emergency assistance for our members; it is not a regular source of pet food.
- Depending on available supply we offer a couple of days worth of dry cat/dog food; we cannot guarantee a certain type of food.
- Members may access the pet food pantry 12 times per year.
- Food is available for owned pets only. We cannot provide pet food assistance for stray/feral/community cats.
Engraved ID Tags for dogs and cats - Tags are $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
Pet Supplies
- We offer low-cost pet supplies including leashes, collars, treats, and toys.
- Supplies are prices as marked and well-below normal prices!
- Everyone, including non-members, may purchase at the marked price.

Microchips - service is for members only - $15
Puppy/Kitten Vaccinations - DHPP, DHLPP, or FVRCP - $13 - service is for members only
walk-ins are limited to 2 puppies/kittens per membership. If you have more than 2 puppies/kittens, you will need to schedule an appointment.. Pets are considered puppies/kittens if they are under 6 months old.
Nail Trim - we are unable to offer walk-in nail trims until further notice
Flea treatment/preventative - $10 per dose for members, $15 for non-members (select topical brands only)
Dewormer - Treatment for tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms. Pricing varies by weight of pet and type of parasite, non-members may purchase for a higher price.
Rabies vaccines are not available during walk-in hours.
An appointment with one of our veterinarians is required and is only available for our members.

Spay/Neuter Surgeries
- Members only (other restrictions apply)
- $30 copay for cats; $50 copay for dogs; copay is due at the time of scheduling
- Surgeries must be scheduled in advance; surgeries are performed at PetFix Northeast Ohio.
