Pricing Below is for Members Only (unless noted)

TO QUALIFY FOR MEMBERSHIP YOU MUST LIVE IN CLEVELAND OR EAST CLEVELAND AND MEET THE LOW-INCOME QUALIFICATIONS. Low income is defined as receiving certain types of public assistance or having total gross household income that is below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines. ​

IF YOU QUALIFY, STOP IN TO SIGN-UP. BRING ID AND PROOF OF ADDRESS.

WALK-IN SERVICES at our Resource Center
Tuesdays, 12-4pm; Thursdays 12-4pm; Saturdays 10am-2pm


Pet Food Pantry - FREE
  • The pet food pantry provides emergency assistance for our members; it is not a regular source of pet food
  • Depending on available supply we offer a couple of days worth of dry cat/dog food; we cannot guarantee a certain type of food
  • Members may access the pet food pantry ONCE per month

ID tags for dogs and cats - first one is FREE for our members​

PET SUPPLIES
  • We offer low-cost pet supplies including leashes, collars, treats, and toys.
  • Supplies are priced as marked, and well below normal prices!
  • Everyone, including non-members, may purchase at the marked price.

WALK-IN WELLNESS
Please be in line 30 minutes before we close for these services
  • $15 microchips; $10 puppy/kitten vaccines; $10 nail trims for our members
  • $30 microchips; $20 puppy/kitten vaccines: $15 nail trims for the general public
  • Available vaccines include DAPPV/FVRCP, Bordetella, Leptospirosis
  • Rabies vaccines are not available during walk-in hours. An appointment with one of our volunteer veterinarians is required and is only available for our members..
  • Flea treatment/preventative: $7 per dose (non-members may purchase for $12 per dose)
  • Dewormer: treatment for tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms & whipworms; pricing varies by weight of pet and type of parasite (non-members may purchase for a higher price)

SCHEDULED LOW-COST WELLNESS CLINICS at our Wellness Center
  • Members only
  • Scheduled when our Resource Center is closed
  • $15 microchips; $15 vaccines; $10 nail trims; free basic wellness exam
  • Available vaccines include DAPPV/FVRCP, Rabies, Bordetella, Leptospirosis  

FREE SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES
  • Members only
