Siobhan Linville grew up on the west side of Cleveland. She still lives there, in what is now Ward 16. Linville is a proud graduate of St. Joseph Academy and holds a B.A. in Communication from Cleveland State University.

Siobhan became involved in the local animal welfare community in 2012, first volunteering at the City of Cleveland Kennel and with Friends of the Cleveland Kennel. She went on to join the Neighborhood Pets team when the program was launched. 

​In her free time, she loves to travel, read, garden, experience all that Cleveland has to offer, and spend time with her dog Fiona.
