Siobhan grew up on the west side of Cleveland, and still lives there. She is a proud graduate of St. Joseph Academy and holds a B.A. in Communication from Cleveland State University.

Siobhan became involved in the local animal welfare community in 2012, first volunteering at the City of Cleveland Kennel and then with Friends of the Cleveland Kennel. 

Her desire to feed her soul led her to join the Neighborhood Pets team as a volunteer when the program was launched in 2016. In 2021, she was grateful to be brought on as staff and went on to progress from Development Coordinator to Assistant Director.

Siobhan loves all things Cleveland. ​In her free time, she likes to travel, read, garden, go to baseball games and concerts, and spend time with her dog Fiona.

Fun fact: Siobhan's name is in the Irish language and is pronounced shiv-awn.
