NEIGHBORHOOD PETS OUTREACH & RESOURCE CENTER is a program from 501(c)3 non-profit organization Friends of the Cleveland Kennel offering affordable & accessible pet care and resources to City of Cleveland pet owners with low income.
SERVICES FOR MEMBERS FOR THEIR CATS AND DOGS INCLUDE: * Counseling, Education & Resources * Affordable pet supplies: leashes, collars, canine/feline enrichment toys, treats, litter pans, etc, * Emergency Pet Food Assistance Program * Free ID tags for dogs and cats * Scheduled low cost vaccine & microchip clinics * Scheduled low cost spay/neuter surgeries for some zip codes * Low cost flea prevention and dewormer * Return to Owner Support (lost/found dogs)
EVERYONE, regardless of residency or income, is welcome to shop for supplies. Dewormer and flea prevention are available to non-members at a slightly higher, but still affordable price. Purchasing your dewormer, flea prevention, and supplies from us helps to support our programming.
MOST SERVICES AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS ONLY TO QUALIFY FOR MEMBERSHIP YOU MUST: -live in the City of Cleveland (no suburbs) -have total household income less than 150% of the federal poverty guidelines
