Job description: The Development Coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with the Executive Director and Assistant Director to organize and execute a development plan that incorporates a range of fundraising strategies including annual appeals, donor management, corporate and individual appeals, social media marketing, grants, special events, and donor stewardship.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, energetic, creative and has a strong attention to detail. Candidate must possess a team-oriented mindset with 2+ years of full-time marketing or development experience. The applicant must be flexible, enjoy a fast-paced environment with like-minded individuals and must be comfortable navigating multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a full-time, salaried position offering a range of $40,000-$45,000 per year commensurate with experience.
