Jordan Nye

Client Care Assistant

Jordan Nye studied Interpersonal Communication at Kent State, which she was drawn to thanks to her interest in mental health counseling. A lifelong passion for animal welfare led her to start volunteering at Berea Animal Rescue Fund after she graduated. As a volunteer, she quickly discovered a deep love for working hands-on with cats and dogs. 

Along with volunteering, Jordan also works full time as a vet assistant at Roberts and Wendt Animal Hospital in Lakewood. This role allows her the pleasure of caring for pets when they’re sick and helping to educate pet owners on how to keep their companions healthy. She’s excited to serve the Cleveland pet community even further as a part of our team! 

Outside of work, Jordan loves to spend time with her boyfriend, her two lovely cats (Olive and Pepper), and her senior rescue pitty Marge (who loves a ride in her stroller!). Jordan also enjoys taking dance classes and seeing live music shows with friends!
