Client Care Coordinator

Brittney SanFilipo grew up surrounded by animals in rural Ashtabula county, from horses and goats to dogs and cats. She knew from an early age that working around animals was her passion! At the early age of 19 years old, she began working at Lake Humane Society as a kennel attendant, eventually working up to the role of Adoption/Intake Coordinator.

She was given the opportunity to manage Strayhaven, a small shelter in Pennsylvania. This shelter took in owned and stray pets with a staff of only four people. After so many years of working with people who needed to give up their beloved pets, she realized the importance and beauty of Neighborhood Pets. This program focuses on helping to keep families and their pets together in Cleveland.

Brittney lives with four adopted dogs and a menagerie of other pets. She enjoys hiking with her pups and trail rides with her two horses.
